Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, impulsivity, oppositional behaviors, bullying, trauma, or changes in behaviors we are here to help. We use individualized treatment plans and evidence-based techniques to provide you and your child a safe space to make lasting change.

Therapy for Adults

We offer individual, couple, and family therapy for young adults and adults. Our sessions are 55 minutes where we work together to gain insight into your life and help you set therapeutic goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, adult ADHD, depression, or changes in behaviors we are here to help. We use individualized treatment plans and evidence-based techniques to provide you and your child a safe space to make lasting change.

Middle School Girls Leadership Workshop

We are currently accepting registration for our middle school girl's leadership workshop.

When: November 4th-December 16th Weds. 5;30-6:30pm

Where: In-office - masks required. Max of 8 participants

Topics: Self-esteem, managing stress, effective communication, social media, coping strategies, leadership skills, and building healthy relationships.
