ASD Diagnostic Evaluations
For: Children ages 2–17 suspected of having Autism Spectrum Disorder
About the Evaluation:
Our comprehensive autism evaluation process combines clinical expertise with gold-standard tools to provide clear diagnostic understanding and treatment recommendations.
Testing Process: What to Expect
Our autusm evaluation process takes place over 3 appointments. Here is a breakdown of what happens at each appointment:
First: Intake Session
Second: Assessment & Testing
Third: Feedback Session

Autism Diagnostic Interview–Revised (ADI-R)

Collect background & presenting problem information

Identify & clarify needs for testing

Administration of tests incuding the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule–2 (ADOS-2) and other developmental measures depending on identified needs

Test scoring, data integration, report-writing & treatment planning

Construction of psychological report and determination of diagnosis

Review results, provide guidance, and complete a detailed written report

Project ImPACT
(Improving Parents as Communication Teachers)
For: Parents of young children (up to age 6) with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), or social communication challenges.
(May also benefit older children with cognitive and language delays.)
About the Program:
Project ImPACT is an evidence-based, parent-mediated intervention that helps families build their child’s social communication skills through everyday interactions. Using a developmental framework, families learn to support growth in four key skill areas:

Social Engagement: Joint attention, initiating and responding to interactions

Communication: Expressive language and gestures

Imitation: Using imitation to build social play and learning
-
Play: Developing object and social play in natural settings
Core Framework: F.A.C.T.S.: Focus on the Child, Adjust Communication, Create Opportunities, Teach New Skills, Shape Interaction
Program Structure:

60–90 minute sessions, 2x per week for 12 weeks (24 sessions total)

Ongoing monthly follow-up sessions for continued coaching and support

Optional 5-session add-on for behavior management strategies

Each session includes: parent reading & discussion, therapist modeling, and parent-child practice

RUBI
(Research Units in Behavioral Intervention)
For: Parents of children (ages 3–10) with ASD and behavioral challenges, including tantrums, aggression, or noncompliance.
Format: In-person or telehealth
About the Program:
RUBI is an evidence-based, parent training program designed to reduce challenging behaviors and strengthen positive skills. Parents learn practical tools to understand, prevent, and respond to behaviors effectively.
Program Topics Include:

Why behaviors occur & how to prevent them

Reinforcement & skill-building strategies

Encouraging positive behaviors

Creating structured daily routines
-
Managing meltdowns & reducing attention to negative behaviors
Supplemental Sessions: Token economies, sleep issues, feeding, toilet training, and crisis management
Program Structure:

52 minute sessions, 1x per week for 16 weeks (16 sessions total)

Behavioral & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (BT/CBT)
For: Children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD, ADHD, ID) and their caregivers
Format: In-person or telehealth
Behavioral Therapy (BT):
Focuses on building adaptive life skills—communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily living—while reducing challenging behaviors such as aggression or tantrums.
Common goals include improving routines, sleep, feeding, and structure at home.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):
Addresses co-occurring anxiety and depression, helping children recognize thoughts, build coping skills, and increase self-regulation.
Our therapists will utlize both CBT and BT to treat the specific needs of your child or adolescent.
