Medication Management
At Main Street Counseling, we understand that for some individuals, therapy alone may not be enough. Medication can be a valuable tool in supporting mental health and improving quality of llife.
Our medication management services are provided by Breigh Carey, PMHNP-BC who will work closely with you, and, when appropriate, with your therapist, to create a personalized treatment plan.

What we Treat:
Our psychiatric services provide expert support for individuals from children to adulthood, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. We treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), psychosis, trauma and PTSD, grief, anger management, behavioral issues, impulse control disorders, suicidal ideation, and LGBTQ+/transgender-specific care. We focus on personalized evaluation, medication management, and ongoing monitoring to help each individual achieve optimal mental health and well-being.
Refill Request for Current Patients
Prior to submitting a medication refill request, please check with your pharmacy to see if you have any refills on file. If you do not have any refills at the pharmacy, you may fill out the below form to request a refill. Please note, all patients must have an upcoming follow-up appointment in order for medication refills to be approved. Additionally, any medication refill required in less than 3 business days will be charged a $50 urgent refill fee.
