About the event

Class Dates:

Thursday, April 18 | 9:30 – 11:30 AM

Class Overview:

Preparing to feed your baby can feel overwhelming, especially with the amount of information and differing opinions that parents often encounter. This class offers a clear, evidence-based overview of infant feeding so families can better understand their options and feel confident moving into the early weeks with their newborn.

During this workshop, we’ll explore the basics of breastfeeding, formula feeding, and combination feeding, helping parents understand how different feeding approaches can work for different families and situations.

We’ll also review newborn feeding cues, how milk supply is established, bottle feeding techniques, pumping basics, and some of the most common challenges parents encounter in the early weeks. Our goal is to help families feel informed, supported, and prepared to begin their feeding journey with practical tools and realistic expectations.
