About the event

Class Dates:

Thursday, April 9 | 6:30 – 7:30 PM

Class Overview:

Preparing for birth isn’t only about learning what will happen during labor — it’s also about understanding how your body works and how to support it during pregnancy and delivery.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how your pelvic floor, breathing patterns, and body positioning can influence comfort during pregnancy and progress during labor.

We’ll review the stages of labor, supportive birth positions, breathing strategies, and ways to help your pelvic floor lengthen and coordinate during pushing.
