Preparing for birth can feel overwhelming — especially with so much information and so many opinions available. This two-part interactive class helps expectant parents focus on what matters most so they can approach birth and the early weeks with greater confidence.

If the pregnant parent is unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts or medical reasons, a support person may attend on their behalf.
