Bailey Sineni, LSW
Young Adult & Adult Therapist
Master of Social Work
Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations
B.A. Psychology
Certified Breathwork Facilitator
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, relational and complex trauma, and women’s integrated health. I also specialize in supporting student-athletes with well-being and mental performance concerns. I approach therapy through a relational, trauma-informed lens, recognizing that symptoms do not exist in isolation but are shaped by relationships, systems, and lived experience. I view emotional and behavioral patterns as meaningful responses to context, stress, and unmet needs, while honoring each client’s capacity for insight, accountability, and progress.
I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with somatic interventions to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and sustainable change. As a certified breathwork and meditation facilitator, I weave mind-body practices into my clinical work to help clients cultivate internal safety, flexibility, and self-trust. I believe healing occurs not through perfection or performance, but through developing a more compassionate, regulated relationship with oneself and others.
I am also a speaker and educator, most recently delivering talks on Psychologically Safe Coaching and Building Mental Strength at the Varsity All Star Coaches’ Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. I look forward to continuing to speak and educate within coaching, athletic, and mental health spaces.
I am deeply committed to advocacy around mental health, trauma-informed care, and women’s integrated health, and I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to my work with both individuals and systems.
