Master of Social Work, Mental Health, Integrated Health, & Substance Abuse Candidate

I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, specializing in mental health, integrated health, women’s health, and trauma. My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in the belief that healing extends beyond symptom management—it involves cultivating deep self-awareness, resilience, and a sense of agency in one’s own life. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate challenges and work toward meaningful change.

I integrate traditional therapeutic modalities with a holistic lens, incorporating evidence-based practices alongside somatic and mindfulness-based techniques. As a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator, I utilize breathwork as a complementary tool to deepen self-regulation, emotional processing, and nervous system balance within the therapeutic journey.

My goal is to create a compassionate, individualized approach that honors both the mind and body. At the core of my work is a commitment to fostering authentic relationships and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, balance, and self-discovery.

My Focus: Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Trauma, Women’s Integrated Health
