As someone who grew up in Arlington Heights, I have a deep understanding of this community, its strengths, stressors, and unique needs. When we began receiving more referrals from this area, I asked to lead our expansion because I felt called to give back to the place that shaped me. I’m passionate about offering high-quality mental health care right here at home and am honored to help meet this growing need.

I am devoted to helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate the challenges life throws their way. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, or just feeling stuck, I strive to create a supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

With a strong foundation in suicide prevention and crisis intervention, I’ve worked at multiple crisis hotlines and supported individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments. Clinically, I’ve provided individual therapy at North Park University’s Counseling Services Center, working with students from a wide range of backgrounds. Clients came to me with concerns around anxiety, depression, self-harm, disordered eating, identity, academic stress, and low self-esteem. These experiences have shaped my belief that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of meaningful change.

My approach is rooted in Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles. I tailor my work to each individual, building trust and working at a pace that feels safe and effective for you. I’ll help you strengthen your understanding of yourself, develop practical coping strategies, and find healing that lasts.
