Coming soon...

I believe that the therapeutic relationship provides a powerful opportunity for individuals to recognize and reach the potential that already exists within them, building on their innate resilience and inner strengths. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can reconnect with their most authentic selves. I take an integrative, holistic approach tailored to the unique needs of each individual, drawing from trauma-informed, person-centered practices, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic techniques, and expressive arts interventions.

My background includes working in community mental health with children, teens, and families navigating challenging life circumstances. I have experience supporting individuals who have faced severe trauma, as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger, grief, PTSD, autism spectrum disorder, and other concerns. While my previous experience guides my work, I believe every person is unique and deserves a collaborative, personalized treatment plan.

Beyond helping clients achieve stability and self-efficacy, I am passionate about guiding them toward envisioning and creating a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey and help you navigate the path toward growth, self-discovery, and lasting change.

My Focus: Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, ADHD, Anger, Grief, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder
