Dr. Nicole Patterson

In my role as clinical director I provide supervison and support to all therapists. As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience providing specialized interventions for clients struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, peer relationships, ADHD, and trauma. My experience spans multiple settings, including high-risk outpatient, schools, private practice, and daycare facilities.

In addition to providing therapy, I also have extensive experience conducting and interpreting psychological and neuropsychological assessments. Through a warm and collaborative approach, I work with my clients to bolster their existing strengths, help set boundaries, improve communication, and process the root of their emotional concerns. I utilize an evidence-based, integrative approach to psychotherapy and strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their challenges and barriers.
