I strive to create an open, honest, and safe space in which clients feel comfortable sharing their
stories. My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own experience in therapy as a
teenager. Being in a space where I felt safe, supported, and heard has inspired me to help create
that kind of space for others.
In my previous professional work, I have worked with children and adolescents in school and
community settings. As a therapist, I am committed to helping individuals work through their
adversities, as well as being a kind presence in their lives. My approach is rooted in compassion,
and empathy, with the belief that therapy is a partnership. Working together, we will explore your
experiences in a way that fosters self-awareness, growth and healing. I’ll provide ongoing
support as we identify strategies that align with your unique needs and goals.
My Focus: Anxiety, ADHD, Self-Esteem, Emotional Regulation & Executive Functioning
