Haley Sachs, LPC

Adolescent & Young Adult Therapist

M.S. in Counseling

I believe therapy can provide a supportive and collaborative space for individuals to better understand themselves, process challenges, and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, understood, and able to openly share their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship built on authenticity, trust, and connection is an essential part of the healing process.

I work with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular passion for supporting adolescents and emerging adults as they navigate identity development, relationships, anxiety, life transitions, and other challenges that can arise during periods of growth and change. I have experience working with concerns including depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, grief, and significant life transitions.

My approach to therapy is integrative, person-centered, and tailored to each client's unique needs. Drawing from my training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I incorporate evidence-based interventions while remaining flexible and collaborative in my work. I strive to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with their values. It is important to me to provide care grounded in compassion, understanding, and respect throughout the therapeutic process.

My Focus: Adolescents & Emerging Adults, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, OCD
