I started my career working at Lurie Children’s Hospital on the inpatient psychiatry unit providing care to children and adolescents. Working as part of the behavioral response team and running groups. As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist I love to use creative therapeutic interventions to connect with clients. I have a passion for working with children and adolescents who exhibit various behavioral issues and mental disorders.

All individuals I work with are treated with respect and authenticity, allowing me to form a genuine, trusting relationship with my clients.

My approach focuses on helping clients achieve their goals, as they learn beneficial ways to cope. I understand that each client has specific needs so within my therapy approach I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I am dedicated to listening to my clients concerns and needs while providing an empathetic and non-judgmental space. I believe that providing a safe and trusting environment allowing my clients and I to build a therapeutic relationship is essential. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate difficult thoughts, experiences, and emotions.
