Paige Brouillette, LPC

Young Adult, Adult & Couples Therapist

B.A. in Theater
M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

My therapy philosophy is centered around cultivating meaningful relationships. Either with yourself, your partner, your friends, or your family. I like to start every therapeutic journey with an assessment to understand your personal strengths and challenges. I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, life transitions, intrusive thoughts, relationship challenges, and ADHD across teens, young adults, adults, and couples. My integrative approach combines evidence-based interventions like ACT, DBT, and strengths-based therapies with creative experiential and somatic interventions from theater and yoga. My couple's work is heavily influenced by The Gottman Method, of which I am Level 1 certified.

I provide personalized, compassionate care that helps clients develop adaptive strategies, process complex emotional experiences, and cultivate resilience. By fostering a grounded and supportive environment, my clients have the space to navigate challenges, improve interpersonal relationships, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Let's work together on a treatment plan that fits you!

My Focus: Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Stress & Life Transitions
