I work with individuals, families, and couples to navigate life transitions and relationships so they can thrive. Whether you are experiencing mental health challenges, are looking to sharpen your mental strength, or trying to solve specific problems, I focus on collaborating with you for personal growth and development. I want to help you feel empowered to manage life stressors and unlock your full potential.
I believe in creating relationships where my clients have the agency to lead their therapeutic journey while I provide collaboration, guidance, and guardrails. I take a person-centered approach rooted in creating a warm, calm environment. I am committed to supporting my clients with problem-solving and providing psychoeducation on CBT and DBT skills to aid in coping with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, and behavioral and attachment challenges.
In addition to working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges directly, I also work with supportive parents, partners, and caregivers. We can work together to learn how to support your loved ones while maintaining balance in your own life.
Clinically, I have experience working at Ascension Inpatient Psychiatric Units and NorthShore University Health Systems PHP/ IOP programs. I am also trained in supporting domestic violence survivors.
My Focus: Life transitions, Family therapy, Couples Counseling, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Personality and Behavior Disorders, Caregiver and Family Support
