Child, Adolescent & Young Adult Therapist

B.S. in Psychology

Master of Social Work (MSW)

I believe that therapy should be a supportive and empowering experience where young people feel safe to share their story. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where children, teens, and young adults can build coping skills, strengthen self-confidence, and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. I work alongside my clients at their own pace, helping them recognize their strengths and feel empowered in their growth. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, often incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to meet each client’s unique needs.

Parents and caregivers play such an important role in this process, and I value working together as a team to support each child’s unique needs. My passion is helping clients and their families work through difficulties like anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or the everyday stressors that can feel overwhelming. I strive to meet each person with compassion, understanding, and encouragement.

Clinically, I have experience supporting children with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and developmental delays, as well as teens and young adults in higher levels of care at Endeavor Health’s Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

My Focus: Anxiety, ASD, OCD, ADHD, Mood Disorders and Emotional Regulation
