Adolescent & Young Adult Therapist

B.F.A. in Art Education
M.Ed. Candidate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, DePaul University

I am passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life transitions with greater confidence and self-compassion. Whether you're starting high school or college, entering a new career, navigating relationship changes, or feeling uncertain about who you are or where you're headed, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

I especially enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, relationship concerns, and the pressure to keep up with expectations while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or burned out. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you explore your experiences, deepen your self-understanding, and develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges.

I am currently pursuing my M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy and informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we will work to better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen effective coping skills, and help you move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values.

Before pursuing counseling, I earned a B.F.A. in Art Education. My background in education reinforced the importance of meeting people where they are, approaching each individual with curiosity, and recognizing that growth looks different for everyone. Those values continue to shape the way I approach therapy and the relationships I build with clients.

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and accepted. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate difficult seasons, discover their strengths, and create lives that feel more balanced, intentional, and fulfilling.

My Focus: Anxiety, Life Transitions, Women's Issues, Perfectionism, Burnout & Relationship Concerns
